Styletraxx has learned that Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted out in NYC at club Marquee this past Friday - celebrating the launch of new movie he produced Gardener of Eden - at the Tribeca Film Festival.

It is rumored that Giselle Bundchen is leaving her lucrative deal with Victoria’s Secret to pursue other options.

According to The New York Post:

Gisele Bundchen is no longer wearing Victoria’s Secret. The Brazilian mannequin is giving up her wings as lead angel for the lingerie giant because it wouldn’t up her $5 million-a-year salary. Her sister, Patricia Bundchen, confirmed to Brazilian Web site Glamurana that contract talks had broken off. “Her demands were outrageous. She got a new lawyer who was unrealistic,” said a source. “Victoria’s Secret doesn’t care. They have five new hotter, younger girls debuting next year. And they won’t have to deal with any craziness.” Reps for Bundchen didn’t return e-mails. A rep for Victoria’s Secret declined comment.

As reported earlier on Styletraxx Britney Spears was to perform at a “secret” concert in San Diego at the House of Blues and boy did she ever.

Britney took to the stage at around 10pm and performed five fan favorites Baby One More Time, I’m a Slave for you, Breathe on Me, Do Something, and Toxic. The set was over in about 15 minutes but Britney pulled out all her classic moves lipsyncing, chair dancing, and hip grinding.

Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz has partnered with Gym Class Hero’s singer Travis McCoy and Yellow Fever clothing designer Jamison Ernest to open Angels and Kings bar in New York’s East Village.

According to the NY Post Wentz said: “It will be a bit of a dive, which we need. We finally have a place where all our loser friends can hang out! We’d had enough of all the pretentious clubs with strict door policies which feel uptight when you finally get in.”

“We really just want someplace where we can hang out and be ourselves. I want to be like any other regular and drink umbrella cocktails.”

Ernest added: “This will be a place that anyone can go and have sex in the bathroom and not get in trouble.”

With the success of MTV’s reality show “the Hills” which follows it star Lauren Conrad around as she interns at Teen Vogue, attends college and hits the LA club scene – it’s amazing that LC can stay so grounded.

The show has never had a shortage of drama and season two showed that enemies are easily disguised as friend – that would be frenemies in LA.

LC’s ex-roommate Heidi Montag and boy toy Spencer Pratt were allegedly responsible for leaking rumors about a sex tape featuring Conrad and her ex-boyfriend, Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler. But LC continue to see things in a postive light.

As many wait for the summer release of Kelly Clarkson’s third album it is rumored that Sony BMG chief Clive Davis was not too pleased after he heard the new tracks, reports British newspaper the Daily Star.

A source from Sony BMG told the paper, "It was an extraordinary presentation. Clive was absolutely merciless in his criticism of Kelly. She's one of the biggest priorities on the label and her new songs were savaged."

This was the first time Clarkston produced and wrote the entire album herself, with her touring band. No release date has been announced but it may be time to bring in some idol makers to fix things up before that happens.

Paris Hilton may go from bar hopping to behind bars if LA prosecutors get their way. The city attorney's office filed documents in Superior Court recommending that Hilton spend 45 days at the Los Angeles County jail for violating terms of her probation for an alcohol-related reckless driving conviction.

Other request include that Paris stay away from alcohol for 90 days and wear a monitoring device and suspend her license for an additional four months.

Paris Hilton will appear in court today for a probation violation hearing where the judge can accept the prosecutors request or impose a different penalty. The maximum penalty is 90 days in jail.

In an interview with USA Today Justin Timberlake tells the newspaper that he is interested in doing a southern rock CD next.
According to USA Today Timberlake says: “I’ve had a good share of the spotlight. I don’t feel I need too much of it right now. I want to write country music, because I grew up in Tennessee, and soul music.”

He added: “Sometimes I feel the only way to really express all those different sides, even just for myself, is through different people.” Timberlake definitely has gained the credibility to garner the respect and trust of both aspiring artists as well as veteran musicians to listen to his creative input.

Reese Witherspoon is working with her production company Type A Films to develop “Under the Bridge”, based on a small town true-crime story about a brutal murder of high school student Reena Virk in a small British Columbia town and the subsequent investigation and prosecution. After being given a guilty verdict for violating her parole driving recklessly with a suspended license, Paris Hilton has parted ways with her confidant and long-time publicist, Elliot Mintz.

In Touch Weekly is reporting that the 26-year-old heiress Hilton blamed Mintz for her mistake - telling the judge her publicist had told her that her license was only suspended for 30 days and that she could still drive for work-related matters.

But LA prosecutors disagreed. “This is about the fault of Ms. Hilton,” said Deputy City Atty. David A. Bozanich. “She knew [she couldn’t drive], and she did it anyway.”
