It is rumored that Giselle Bundchen is leaving her lucrative deal with Victoria’s Secret to pursue other options.

Gisele Bundchen is no longer wearing Victoria’s Secret. The Brazilian mannequin is giving up her wings as lead angel for the lingerie giant because it wouldn’t up her $5 million-a-year salary. Her sister, Patricia Bundchen, confirmed to Brazilian Web site Glamurana that contract talks had broken off. “Her demands were outrageous. She got a new lawyer who was unrealistic,” said a source. “Victoria’s Secret doesn’t care. They have five new hotter, younger girls debuting next year. And they won’t have to deal with any craziness.” Reps for Bundchen didn’t return e-mails. A rep for Victoria’s Secret declined comment.

As many wait for the summer release of Kelly Clarkson’s third album it is rumored that Sony BMG chief Clive Davis was not too pleased after he heard the new tracks, reports British newspaper the Daily Star.

A source from Sony BMG told the paper, "It was an extraordinary presentation. Clive was absolutely merciless in his criticism of Kelly. She's one of the biggest priorities on the label and her new songs were savaged."

This was the first time Clarkston produced and wrote the entire album herself, with her touring band. No release date has been announced but it may be time to bring in some idol makers to fix things up before that happens.

Paris Hilton may go from bar hopping to behind bars if LA prosecutors get their way. The city attorney's office filed documents in Superior Court recommending that Hilton spend 45 days at the Los Angeles County jail for violating terms of her probation for an alcohol-related reckless driving conviction.

Other request include that Paris stay away from alcohol for 90 days and wear a monitoring device and suspend her license for an additional four months.

Paris Hilton will appear in court today for a probation violation hearing where the judge can accept the prosecutors request or impose a different penalty. The maximum penalty is 90 days in jail.

According to “doctors” Paris may be too traumatized by her impending trip to prison to face civil trial.

According to a declaration filed by Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist who has seen Paris “off and on” over the last six months, Hilton is “not capable of any meaningful participation” in a civil trial brought against her by diamond heiress Zeta Graff. In a $10 million lawsuit filed in 2005, Graff claims that Hilton spread “vicious lies” about her that were printed in the New York Post.

Paris’ shrink claims that Hilton is “emotionally distraught and traumatized” from the May 4 hearing where she was sentenced to 45 days in jail for breaking probation in her DUI bust, and asked a judge to allow her sufficient time to recover. In the document, the head-doc goes on to explain that Hilton “Cannot effectively respond to examination as a witness or provide any significant input into her defense.” In fact, Sophy claims that forcing Paris to participate on May 21 would “exacerbate her current mental condition.”

Lindsay Lohan was allegedly being charged with taking a few items from a friend’s house while stopping in for a visit. Lohan could have faced felony grand theft charges for reportedly stealing (borrowing) nearly $10,000 in clothes and other trinkets from a frememies house. However, the case has been dropped because prosecutors feel they can’t prove Lindsay was involved.

Paris Hilton has had her 45 day sentence in the county jail reduced before she even started to serve time. The sentence has been reduced to 23 days on account of Ms. Hilton’s “good behavior.”

Paris Hilton is already getting a break — she’s going to serve “about 23 days” in a “special needs” unit, officials said yesterday, about the half the time she was sentenced to in her conviction.

Her sentence was shortened for “good behavior,” which apparently includes just showing up for her last court date. L.A. County Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said she’ll be staying in a two-person cell reserved for “high-profile” inmates, and that she’ll have at least an hour a day to shower, watch TV, play outside, or gab on the phone.

Paris will also be separated from the general inmate population.

According to the Associated Press, The Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End star Orlando Bloom is ready to take a break after a few whirlwind years of movie making.

Bloom has recently signed on to star in the David Storey play In Celebration in London. Lindsay Lohan was cited for investigation of DUI (driving under the influence) Saturday and was slightly injured when her Mercedes struck a curb.

Lohan, 20, and two other passengers were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when it crashed at about 5:30 AM into a curb at Sunset Blvd. And Foothill.

According to the Associated Press:
Sgt. Mike Foxen of the Beverly Hills Police Department says:
"She was cited and released because she has been admitted to a local hospital for minor injuries.” No one else was hurt and no other cars were involved, Foxen said. He did not have other details. Officers went to the scene after receiving a 911 call about the accident, Foxen said. He went on to say that Lohan will have to appear in court to answer the citation.

In another press conference yesterday afternoon about the arrest of Lindsay Lohan, cops say they found a "usable amount" of a drug at the scene, which they say was cocaine. Lt. Mitch McCann of the Beverly Hills Police Department would not say where the drug was found, but it was "not on her person."

After the crash, police say Lindsay got into another car and was driven to Century City Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries that involved "something to her upper chest area." Police said the two other people in her car were not hurt.

Officers received a 911 call about the accident and "tracked Ms. Lohan to the local hospital, where she was ultimately placed under arrest" for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Lt. McCann said it appeared as if Lohan was speeding and lost control. She was cited and released and will have to face a judge. A rep for Lohan could not be reached for comment.

Before the incident Lohan was at Les Deux and had an awkward run-in between with Sara Kova, the model whom Lohan’s beau, Calum Best, recently put the moves on at a Bahamas nightclub. It is rumored that Kova tried to be friendly, but Lohan cut the chat short when someone snapped their picture.

It seems that Lohan’s recent break-up with Best is not the only one keeping their distance - with the recent breaking news of Lindsay Lohan's weekend DUI, Svedka vodka has pulled out of sponsoring Lindsay's 21st birthday bash, to be held this July in Las Vegas.

Nicole goes onto to say that Mischa Barton rushed to the hospital from her now infamous barbecue because of "an adverse reaction to prescription medication"

On Lindsay
No comment except she stopped by the barbecue for a few minutes but Nicole missed her because she was at the store "buying Sunny Delight."

Officials at the Los Angeles County jail where Paris will be doing time have hand selected the perfect cell mate for her - no it's not Nicole or Lindsay. They've decided an inmate who is doing time for reckless driving will be the perfect match for Paris.
