Lady Gaga is NEVER A DRAG, ALWAYS A QUEEN, especially when celebrating her birthday with "8 Min Monsters" over dinner last night. The singer showcased her artistic abilities as she doodled with a crayola crayon "Happy Birthday Me!" on the restaurant table cloth, Tweeting - "Drawing on table at restaurant. If I had to give it all back, but got to keep my fans, that'd be ok"
