Lady Gaga covers the Summer 2011 issue of i-D Magazine. This very Avant-Garde photo shoot with Mariano Vivancor, Gaga chooses to keep her implants that she debuted at the 2011 Grammy Awards. Although many of us assumed these new "implants" on Gaga's face might have been part of her costume for that one night, the songstress is stating that these are "her new marks". These “skin colored prosthetics on her face” give Gaga a rather disturbing look, but after-all that's how Gaga has managed to put $62 Million dollar-bills in the bank. You have to love Gaga for always being able to shock her audience.
